Direction of Application:

1. Open the sachet from the precut part by hand (Do not use scissor)
2. Remove the hear patch
3. Peel away the paper strip and adhere to the outside of clothing/ underwear around the base of neck
4. Do not knead the heat patch
5. When removing after use or to repostion the heat patch, please tear it off slowly
