Direction of Application:

Open the sachet from the precut part by hand (Do not use scissor)
Remove the hear patch
Peel away the paper strip and adhere to the outside of clothing/ underwear on the stomach or lower back area
Do not knead the heat patch
When removing after use or to repostion the heat patch, please tear it off slowly

For external use only
Do not open the sachet until you are ready to use
If symptoms persist or worsen, seek medical attention
Each heat patch is single use
Never apply this heat patch directly to the skin
Do not use the heat patch on tights or netted underwear where skin can be exposed directly to the heat patch
Use by the expiry date indicated
Do not use heat patch over the same area for more than 12 hours in any 24 hours period
Check skin condition over application every hour
If any abnormal situation occurs (Rash, itch, pain, burn or etc), stop using the heat patch and seek medical attention
Stop using immediately if the heat patch becomes uncomfortably hot
Do not use the heat patch whilst sleeping
Do not use the heat patch with another heating device
